The spindle motor drives the pinion to pull the large gear ring through two speed gearbox/ three-step gear gearbox, achieving high horsepower and high torque output.

The 45° hinge belt type automatic chip conveyor features stable and reliable operation with smooth and thorough chip evacuation.

The crossbeam lifting system is driven by a gear motor and an elevator. Both sides of the column are equipped with sets of high-precision stepped positioning grooves finished by precision machining. Positioning hydraulic cylinders are installed on both sides of the crossbeam bottom, and a hydraulic lever clamping device for the crossbeam is arranged on the outer side of the crossbeam. Through multi-point positioning, precision machining of parts at various heights is realized, with a simple and reliable positioning structure and high positioning accuracy.
